Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase from Recoleta Estate Jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms.

Domestic Returns (United States)

Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Returns requested after 7 days but within 14 calendar days of delivery may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

All returned merchandise must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unaltered and unworn beyond normal inspection
- Accompanied by all original boxes, certificates, appraisal documents, and packaging

For security purposes, all returns must be approved by Recoleta Estate Jewelry prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

International Returns

International clients may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price only.

Please note:

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon return delivery to Recoleta Estate Jewelry will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We strongly recommend contacting us prior to shipping your return so we may assist with packaging and customs documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Altered or resized items modified by a third party
- Special orders
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Layaway deposits and shipping charges

Jewelry altered, damaged, or repaired by another jeweler after delivery may void eligibility for return.

Ring Resizing & Alterations

Complimentary ring resizing may be available on select pieces. Any resizing or alteration performed by Recoleta Estate Jewelry will not affect return eligibility within the return window.

Alterations or resizing performed by an outside jeweler will render the item final sale.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Please allow 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Every item sold by Recoleta Estate Jewelry is carefully inspected and guaranteed to be authentic by our expert jewelers and certified master jewelry appraiser. We take great pride in accurately representing each piece through detailed descriptions, photography and professional expertise developed over generations in the jewelry industry.

Shipping & Insurance

All domestic shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery for the protection of both our clients and our jewelry.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and local import regulations depending on the destination country.
